Meet the CEO

Lillian Carr is a sophomore, Strategic Communication major, Leadership Studies minor attending Hampton University.

 

As a leadership fellow in the William R. Harvey Leadership Institute, an executive assistant in the Student Government Association, and a Disney Dreamers Academy Alumna, Lillian is committed to servant leadership. Her commitment to servant leadership led her to found Totes of Love, a non-profit organization that is geared toward assisting less-fortunate students in need of basic necessities.

Lillian began Carr Couture Boutique after realizing that many brands did not reflect her core values. She envisioned a brand that reflected what it means to "dare to be different." Lillian has no issue standing out and wants her brand to reflect that.
