Take a look at our frequently asked questions below to gain answers to all of your questions. In the event that you do not find an answer to your questions, NO PROBLEM!

  1. How long does shipping take?
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process once it has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
  • We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays. Priority shipping is not guaranteed as we cannot be held responsible for USPS delays.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 business days)
  1. I never received my package, what happened?

We ship USPS PRIORITY and tracking numbers are provided, which allow for tracking updates. Please follow up with USPS with your tracking number in the event of a missing, lost, or damaged package.

  1. When do you restock on specific items?

The items that we source are exclusive and will not always be available for reorder. However, items that sell out quickly and are highly requested by customers will be restocked in the event that the item is available through the manufacturer.

  1. What are the exchange policies for Carr Couture Boutique?

  1. Do you have a brick and mortar location where I can exchange my online order?

Carr Couture Boutique is an online e-commerce business ONLY. We do not have a brick and mortar location at this time. 

  1. I received my order and my item is damaged, can I have an exchange?

Carr Couture Boutique conducts a thorough inspection of all items once ordered from vendors. We also have a very rigorous quality assurance process prior to the shipment of your item.

In the rare event that an item is damaged, please contact shop@carrcoutureboutique.com immediately upon delivery.

Carr Couture Boutique is not responsible for items damaged in the delivery process due to package handling. 

  1. Do you have a size chart?

Carr Couture Boutique takes pride in providing unique pieces for you. Though we provide a size guide, there may be small variability in sizing between manufacturers/vendors, so please read the description of the item that you intend to purchase to ensure sizing.

We do our best to provide proper sizing information on individual items. We are HAPPY to answer any additional questions that you may have about sizing on a particular item at shop@carrcoutureboutique.com

Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
